If you’re purchasing a property and would like to make sure that there are no hidden issues, we can offer you an RICS HomeBuyer Survey.
We inspect the property to the best of our ability (however we don’t lift carpets/floorboards etc), and create a report based on the inspection.
We aim to give you professional advice to help you:
-make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property
-take account of any repairs or replacements the property needs; and
-consider what further advice you should take before committing to purchase the property.
